Dr. Umair Wadood is a CBT Practitioner, Neurophysiologist, educator, researcher, and TEDx speaker dedicated to improving mental well-being through evidence-based care. He helps individuals navigate anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, and other emotional challenges with compassion, confidentiality, and scientifically proven therapeutic approaches.
With years of experience in medical education, neuroscience, and cognitive behavioural therapy, Dr. Umair believes that every individual deserves a safe space to heal, build resilience, and achieve lasting personal growth. His approach combines clinical expertise with empathy, empowering patients to regain control of their thoughts, emotions, and lives.
